You understand that once you register the database and the complete data set is downloaded through the software update, we cannot offer a refund, except by a case-by-case basis pending VCGate management approval. Our server tracking of download activity will provide the confirmation of receipt of the full database. If you purchase multiple registration codes unintentionally, we can only offer an 90% refund of the purchase price for unwanted copies due to credit card and administrative fees. No refunds will be issued after four weeks following the purchase of the software.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless VCGate, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers, from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement by you.
VCGate reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of this Agreement, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular internet address to the web site and.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding of the parties, may only be modified in writing and shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Canada, and any action, suit or proceeding instituted hereunder shall be maintained in the courts of Ottawa.
