Gamer Market No Longer Illusive

Partnerships Propel Internet Business into Good Times

A privately held leader in the business internet industry, Double Fusion provides in-game advertising and marketing solutions globally. Recently, Double Fusion listed double-digit revenue growth at the end of 2008 directly related to the record-breaking sales year of the gaming industry.

Created in 2004, Double Fusion utilizes sophisticated patent-pending technologies to deliver a variety of advertising possibilities enabling businesses to reach markets in the most engaging and entertaining atmosphere; the game itself. With its patented fusion.sdktm and fusion.runtimetm technologies, Double Fusion is able to put advertising and marketing solutions in any game type platform. This, in turn, offers advertisers a unique opportunity to reach the gaming audience and also increase revenues to the game industry. And, with the continued success of the gaming industry, more companies are now seeking to penetrate the gaming market through in-game advertising.

The driving force of Double Fusion includes Chief Executive Officer, CEO Jonathan Epstein and Founder and Chief Technical Officer Hillel Rom, Ph.D. Mr. Epstein brings more than 20 years experience in high technology media and marketing. Previously, Mr. Epstein was the co-head of the digital media group of United Talent Agency. Dr. Rom brings a mastery of skills in product development from idea to launch. Accustomed to working with new technology applications, Dr. Rom was a key member of the Technical Staff at the Jet Propulsion Lab of Nasa – Caltech, with earlier experience with Nichimen Graphics and BioMediaCom. He was also the co-founder of 3dMe, a technology that produces advanced, real-time applications for PC and mobile devices.

In 2006, Double Fusion raised $26 million in capital in “Series C Round” venture funding from investors including Access Partners, Jerusalem Global Ventures and Jerusalem Venture Partners, Time Warner Investments, IDG Ventures Pacific, Sedona Capital and Hearst Corporation.

Over the years, Double Fusion has expanded its net of partnerships to provide the most extensive network of games in the gaming industry. In fact, Double Fusion claims to hold a portfolio of 30 top-tier game publishers which allows them to reach a larger percentage of the gaming market. Last Year, Double Fusion entered into a partnership with Spill Group, the world's leading generator of online games. Double Fusion now supplies Spill Group’s casual games with ads for in-game portals in the United States. In July, Double Fusion announced a partnership with Sony Computer Entertainment Europe to deliver in-game advertising on PlayStationR 3 (PS3 tm). More recently, Double Fusion secured additional advertising opportunities with the world’s largest videogame publishers, through partnerships with THQ, Sega, Eidos and Midway.

Double Fusion is based in San Francisco, with offices in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, London, Jerusalem and Tokyo with a total employee base of 80. Competitors include New York based IGA Worldwide Inc. , Massive a wholly-owned subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation (acquired by Microsoft in May 2006) and NeoEdge Networks.
