<description>I worked on the implementation of KickApps (KA) on our media site.

We got the bait and switch. The sales team from KA came in and presented an amazing demonstration with perfect delivery and promises a seamless and quick integration. We are six months after signing the SOW and there is still development work required on both sides.

It has blown our budget and disappointed the stakeholders in how difficult it has been to integrate.

Their API code is not accurate. When issues are pointed out to them, they say they will fix it, but it often takes weeks. Even the initial tech/developers assigned to us switched out after the first few weeks and we got secondary developers that do not know the system that well.

They also really build KickApps for PHP sites. If you do anything else, good luck with any support from them.</description>
